Please note the most important thing to remember with this questionnaire is that you cannot, under any circumstances what so ever, fail this in any way. Whatever you choose to write as your response will be the correct answer. This simply allows me to get to know you better.

You will understand that my suggestions are designed to add significantly to your life. You’ll do your part by committing time and energy as well as investing in those solutions suggested to achieve your aims.
Life can be hectic, and things change, but you will do your best to keep your coaching times, and let me know if possible in advance if there are any unavoidable changes, as you would expect of me.
You will offer honest feedback as to how I’m performing, and make suggestions where you can see how I can improve.
I may ask you to refer new clients to my coaching by telling them the benefits you have received. Then I will continue to grow, to help and support other stressed individuals, and always be here for you.
